What hire periods do you offer?
Customers can choose from three hire periods: 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years.
What happens if my OzoneFusion unit is faulty?
As this machine is on lease we will replace any faulty machines.
How does the pricing work for different hire periods?
Customers can choose between 3 hire periods, 1,2 or 5 years. the monthly price will be less the longer they are committed for.
What happens at the end of the hire period?
At the end of your chosen lease period, it will automatically convert to a month-to-month lease
What if I need to cancel my contract before the end of the hire period?
If you cancel your contract during the hire period, the remaining balance must be paid in full, and the machine must be returned to Scentific.
Do your OzoneFusion units have SAA certification or carry the RCM mark?
Yes, Our OzoneFusion machines will have SAA certification and carry the RCM mark.
