• Quiz responses used to personalise your fragrance recommendation.
• Order and billing details (payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
• Communication history with our team (email, SMS, support).
• Basic device and usage information from cookies and analytics.

3. How we use your information

• To generate your personalised fragrance recommendation and membership.
• To process payments, ship refills and provide customer support.
• To send transactional updates about your order and membership.
• To improve our products, website and recommendations.
• To send marketing only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share information with

We share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the membership, including Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, Resend and Twilio (email and SMS), Supabase (secure data hosting) and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, primarily in Australia. Some service providers may process data overseas; in those cases we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in line with this policy.

We use encryption in transit, restricted access controls and routine security reviews to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
